These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Ambigram mobile application ("App") developed and operated by Cuberix ("we", "us", "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area), that you have read and agree to these Terms, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms are supplemental to and do not replace the terms of the app stores through which you download the App (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Cuberix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
You may not:
New users receive a starting balance of free credits upon first launch. Each ambigram generation and each style change consumes one (1) credit. Credit balances are stored locally on your device and reset if you uninstall the App.
Credits can be replenished by watching a rewarded advertisement (earns 1 credit per ad) or by purchasing a credit pack (see Section 5). Credits have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The App offers an optional Ambigram Pro subscription that unlocks the following features for the duration of your active subscription:

Prices shown are indicative fallback values. The actual price displayed at checkout reflects the confirmed price in your local currency and region as set in App Store Connect or Google Play Console.
Auto-renewal notice: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date (iOS) or before midnight Pacific time on the last day of the period (Android).
We may offer free trial periods for subscription plans. If a free trial is offered:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your store account settings:
Cancellation stops future billing but does not terminate your current subscription period. You retain Pro access until the paid period expires.
You can also reach the correct management URL directly within the App by tapping your PRO badge → Manage in App Store / Google Play.
Subscription purchases are generally non-refundable. Refund requests must be directed to and are solely at the discretion of Apple or Google:
We cannot process refunds directly and are not responsible for store refund decisions.
If you reinstall the App or switch devices, tap "Restore Purchases" on any paywall screen to re-activate an existing subscription associated with your Apple ID or Google Account at no additional charge.
In addition to subscriptions, the App offers one-time consumable purchases that add credits to your balance immediately upon successful payment:

Non-refundable & non-restorable: Consumable credit purchases are final. Credited amounts cannot be restored after uninstallation, transferred between accounts or devices, or exchanged for cash or subscription time.
Free (non-subscribed) users may see advertisements served by Google AdMob, including banner ads, interstitial ads, and optional rewarded ads. Watching a rewarded ad grants one (1) credit at no charge.
Advertisements are fully suppressed for users with an active Pro subscription. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
All content, design, code, graphics, and branding within the App are the exclusive property of Cuberix or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
Ambigram images you generate using the App are created using our proprietary algorithms. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use and share the images you generate for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit generated images without our prior written consent.
You agree not to:
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your access to the App without refund.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that ambigram generation will always succeed or produce results meeting your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cuberix and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. In no event shall our aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $10.00, whichever is greater.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the App. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimer, and limitation of liability) will survive.
You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App and cancelling any active subscriptions through your store account.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us at cuberixapps@gmail.com.
If you are a consumer in the EEA, you may also have the right to bring a claim before the courts of your country of residence.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
